My name is Paul German and as your personal coach I will help guide you and your family to not only make the proper lifestyle changes but will teach you how to stick with them over the long run. I believe that long-term wellness is only possible when you are able to change your everyday decisions, drink by drink, meal by meal and step by step. The role of a coach is help take you from where you are to where you want to go.
