The Bucket of Motivation lunch and learn offers a brief overview of one day Bucket of Motivation workshop and sets the foundation for what motivates us with the help of the 8F's of Freedom - Faith, Family, Friends, Finances, Fitness, Food, Fun and ultimately Focus. It creates a place where you can start to holistically evaluate all major aspects of your life to define your hopes, dreams and purpose. Your bucket is a metaphor for how you're living your life.

The Workshop includes:

  1. A Look at What's in Your Bucket - Start with taking a look at your calendar, checkbook, grocery and reading list to see where you spend your time and money and what you eat and read. Is this really the stuff that you want in your bucket?

  2. Designing Your Bucket - Here is where you are able to find the motivation and drive to change the course of you life. Starting with a short bucket list and then writing a simple eulogy in an exercise we call "Kick the bucket" you will find the initial ammunition you need to start creating your very own Vision Board, S.H.A.P.E. and SMART Goals while your also learning about BJ Fogg's proven method for behavior change - Behavior Change = Motivation + Ability + Triggers and Dan Pinks Drive - the Puzzle of Motivation.

  3. Filling Your Bucket - Fitting everything in your bucket may not be easy, but we are going to show you how you can do it. With the help of daily triggers, affirmations, motivational quotes, tracking systems, training and coaching along with proven programs like the Daniel Plan you will get the insight that you need to make it to your destination with a full bucket.

  4. Keeping Your Bucket Full - Daily interactions you can either fill or empty your bucket. Join us to learn how to keep your bucket full and how you can fill other peoples buckets.
